I've got this heaviness preventin' bliss. I can't escape from it like it got a GPS on where I live. My mood shifts like Lewis at Monaco and it happened some time ago but stuck around like a Viral Post. Sometimes I even think it's time to go but I am not suicidal just wanna disappear and find a new environment. I seek a range of emotions, wide open. Love is closer to hate than it is to coastin'. I be in a city with the soul split, its either money's the focus or you be crossin' to crime like its a toll bridge. My sensory overloaded its's walkin' to the cash at a Winner's through an aisle full of trinkets. Stress I can't smoke it or drink it away gotta stay alert cuz there's barbers on the turf who be itchin' to fade. May pack a blade like my earlier days, dip it in peanut butter so if bwoy came I just ate. Them the tricks of the trade but I'm tired of illusionists, revel in anger when my soul I should be soothin' it. Feed an ailin' condition 'stead of improvin' it. Work and work outs keep me from losin' it. But thoughts are gentrified feel the wrong shit movin' in. Positivity gettin' priced out and self doubt is Uber rich. I isolated in the year before Covid hit. As for hangin' out with people man I'm over it. A lonely loner like Cudi minus the wedding dress, married to the music like mortgage brokers to credit checks. I'm just survivin' on the precipice, and I'm a ride till the motherfuckin' end of it. I can't seem to shake this feelin' that be followin' me 'round. All momentum goin' up but it seems I'm fallin' down. I'm on the Brink, I'm on the verge of it. But headed straight for the middle I'll never turn from it. X2
